Jim, how tightly are you rolling these caps?  What is the inside
diameter?  Mine (done with 60mil) is 2" or less.  It was very
difficult to get those first few turns going.  I had my girlfriend
help me get it started and then she slipped the zip ties on while I
held the thing down.  I will look at them again today when I go to
work and get some more accurate dimensions.  The reason I ask is that
mine are wound so tight that I can't imagine the plates being able to
shift.  Or is this due somehow to the burn out?
