Robert,

I see that like me, you have noticed that it is impossible to obtain DC
electrostatic output from the tube type Tesla oscillator. I have always
been amused at the amazing results by just blasting a cap via a dead
short into a LC network. The differences between this disruptive system
and electronic oscillator systems is like night and day!
