TE>RMS stands for "Root Mean Square"  to find it, take your peak to peak

Oops.  You've got a small typo here.  You have to divide the peak to
peak voltage by 2 before multiply it by .707 to get the RMS
value....Well, you don't have to divide by 2 first, you could do it
after .707.. ;)
