Plastic Capacitors has four stock caps specified for tesla coils the are
as
follows

1) small mica caps rated at .005uf-at-7.5kv  for $22.00ea (somewhat lossy
but
cheap)

2) silicone filled polypropelene .01-at-7.5kv for $130.00

3) silicone filled poly .01-at-15kv for $160.00

4) silicone filled poly .005-at-21kv for $160.00 

PC typically stock these capacitors which are offered for tesla people
at
cost!
PC require cash, certified check or money order.
PC will also build a cap to spec for a setup charge plus parts & labor.
