   OOps another stupid question of mine. The next day I thought about it
a little more and remmebered that both secondaries are grounded to the
core, and therefore the neon is really a center tapped transformer with
the core as the center tap. So both of the secondaries will have to be
wound in the same direction! And each output will be 180 degrees out of
phase with each other. Next time I ask another dumb question like that
ignore me.
