No - Make links to pictures instead of downloading them with mail. My
connection to the Internet is via a 28.8 modem and I like to check mail
quickly, as opposed to waiting while pictures download. With links, I
can choose if I want to view them.

It uses 3 15KV Neon xformers for a total of 120ma. Makes 30 - 34"
sparks. Check out the copper wire hoop I attached to the top terminal.
