Jeff and all,

Bummer! I suspect that they also may have looked at this particular
business as no longer being very profitable since their last product
recall on the group purchase of 25. The liability discussions mostly
died down about a year ago and hasn't resurfaced, even though we've had
a few more capacitor explosions since... 

Fortunately, there are other vendors out there who are in the business
of selling high voltage laser/pulse discharge and dielectric heating
caps, not the least of which are Plastic Capacitors, Maxwell, NWL, etc.
Unfortunately, these may not be quite as inexpensive as those that CP
was offering. Still a shame!
