unless you live under the ocean, I don't see how you can get a vacuum
greater 
than one atmosphere, which at STP is just under 15 PSI or 32 inches or 
mercury, or about 33 feet of water.  Perhaps you meant to say 30
inches???

and you have a vacuum reserve can that runs of
compressed air (120 p.s.i.) that will create in excess of 30 p.s.i. of
vacuum.
