Bart,
Egads! What a monster cap!!!

Flashing is extremely durable and fairly easy to work. It can handle
obscene current levels. It is reasonably cheap.

Heavy Duty aluminum foil is dirt cheap. You can cut it with scissors.
You can buy it everywhere. It works great. Easy to handle, but just a tad
shall we say "fragile".

I have used both. Each has its place. Mostly I use Heavy Duty aluminum
foil. I am a cheapskate at heart.

Halfway between the two is a Super Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil that is
used to make things like disposable pie pans and disposable heatable
food containers. The stuff is out there. I just don't have a handle
on a source for the raw stuff yet. Anyone out there got a source
for this stuff? Prices, availability, standard sizes??? C'mon, SOMEONE
on this list must have used this stuff. Let us know.

Hope this helps.
