piece assembly until the glue just softens.  If done carefully, you
will keep the magnets below their Curie point and they will suffer no
heat related damage.

	neodynium boron iron magnets begin to go irreversible
changes between 220 and 240 degrees F, according to the Bunting
Magnetics catalog.  I phoned them and verified this.
