testing surplus transformers

In response to the many posts on microwave oven transformer testing, etc.

For scrounging at surplus yards, I built a 1.2 volt 60Hz oscillator with a
1 ohm source impedance.  This allows me to make a variety of tests, with
the only one I can't make is determining the primary voltage from looking
for the saturation of the core at input voltages greater than nominal.

It is made from a dual op amp. One as the oscillator, the other as a buffer.
