The Line:

Measurements and Calculations:

Vo/Vin = 40V/1.1V (peak volts) = 36.4  (CW drive, Zgen = 7 Ohms)
     Q = 28
  VSWR = 4Q/PI = 35.6
(the above figures include the generator impedance. Subtracting this
from ESR and recalculating gives:
     Q = 32.6
  VSWR = 41.5

Ltot = 3.175mH
Ctot = 1.872nF
F(meas) = 64.9kHz
F(calc) = 65.28kHz  (from sums of lumped components)

ESR(incl. gen) = 46.6 Ohms

Voltage Measurements (nodes are numbered from 1.6mH/800uH junction (1)
                      to Output (7) ).
