And, on the other hand, what ABOUT your neighbors.... the stuff they
do thay annoys YOU... that little teenage hussy, her dope dealing
brother, the fat woman with all of those hairy moles...
you are a human being, and, by definition, flawed. So are they.
If they dont see it that way, they probably aren't smart enough to get
anyone in trouble...
BTW, electromagnetic emanations are of Federal juisdiction; i.e. a cop
can't make you stop boogering up a TV set any more than he can tell an
airliner to stop transmitting. In the US, anyway.Again, I dont want any
one to interfere with another service, and I doubt that anyone here would
knowingly do so. Indeed, would probably quit and/or move the TC should
he/she become aware of it. But, if FCC shows up....they need Federal
Marshalls to raid the joint, as FCC is not a police agency, and probably
need either a warrant and/or probable cause to enter against your will.
No police agency can confiscate your stuff w/o a warrant and/or probable
cause.... and if they get it, they can't chop it into pieces.... this
still is the US of A...and if they take it, get a receipt. I once had
neighbors that were of a religion that had no qualms about playing
<crappy> organ music at 2,3,4 A.M. They had no qualms about complaining
about my lawful <ahem.??..at that time> emanations..that screwed up
their lowry "push this button for rhythm" organ.. a few beeps and
a few boops at a few watts, and I could go back to sleep.
Be considerate of your neighbors. But, dont be a fanatic about it...
Best of luck,
RV
