You (and others) might want to visit Thomas Bruckner's site at:

I ran into him at the Orlando hamfest some years ago, and I think
that he has broadcast "pulls" available as well as new tubes.
His site has all manner of power tubes including thyratrons.
I haven't bought any 811A's in years, but I wouldn't go much
past $15 for them... I suspect there are bazillions of them still
laying around from WWII.
