Tony:

	That's a fine piece of test equipment.  Bridges are much better than
"L-C" meters of the type currently sold.  Operation of that thing should
be intuitive, IF you've used bridges before and IF you can figure out
how to get the internal AC source and detectors operating.  Don't have a
manual here, will check with the instrument room at work to see if they
have anything which could be borrowed.  That's an ancient piece of
equipment by today's standards, but that's not necessarily bad.
