according to my radio amature's handbook, 3b28 will handle 10KV at 250 ma,
872a will handle 10KV at 1250 ma, 866 is 10KV at 250 ma. any of these in a
full wave bridge will do what you asked. buy why use a tube when diodes are
cheap and easy???
