The name "Visconol" certainly sounds like a trade name for PCB-based
capacitor fluid but I checked and it is *not* on my list of Askarel brand
names, so that's a good thing...   but I still wonder, since so many of the
relatively dangerous PCB fluids have names that rhyme with "Visconol".
 Hmmm...

Anyone have further info?
