You are looking for a 16 _kiloJoule_ capacitor, which is a non-trivial
thing. Given the nature of your experiment, you are also looking for
caps specifically designed for pulse-discharge, ie, low-self-inductance,
low ESR, and a certain amount of voltage-reversal capability.
The only people I know of who make such beasts are Maxwell Laboratories.

However, depending on the size and mass of your experiment, you may
not need that much energy storage- are you certain of your
requirements? How many of these caps do you need?
I have a few exotic ultra-low-inductance pulse-discharge caps, but they
aren't in that energy storage regime.
