        I originally didn't think this capacitance loading effect from
streamers was valid.  However, I now feel that the scale I tested at and the
scale (Nemesis) that Richard tested at, are not comparable.  More testing is
needed with high power and BIG streamer systems to verify this effect.  I
still have my doubts but I don't have any data to verify them.
