You might try slowing your drill motor down.  Stainless 
will cut and then try to re-melt back into the metal.  You 
end up just moving the metal round and round.  Slow your
drill motor way down and then cut that speed in half.  
Using a lubricant, such as Rapid-Tap, will help also.
