Why would you want such a high frequency TC for? I would expect the
microwaves coming from it to be VERY hazardous... At 500W power level it
would be enough to cook the retina of your eye white like an egg...
Plus, have you ever seeing what happens to electronic equipment inside a
microwave oven? IT EXPLODES!!! Yes, an electronic calculator will burst
into flames and it's circuits and capacitors will explode in a few
seconds of MW exposure.
I did some research into this field with my focusable 1KW microwave
gun. It is basically a reassembled microwave oven inside a metal box
with a parabolic antenna focusing the 1000W microwaves at any given
distance.
That stuff is EVIL!!! I am always afraid of using it, because of the
extensive damage it will cause to organisms and electronic equipment. If
I turn it on, all telephones go down withing a 20 meters range. And
that's because it's focusable. Imagine what a TC would do...
If you value your life and electronic equipment, stay away from
Microwaves....
If you really feel you have to destroy stuff with microwaves (like I
did), at least build something you can control...
Plus, I once tried designing such a coil, just out of curiosity. If I
remember well, it would have 2 turns of 1cm thick wire on a coil form
measuring 1cm diameter by 2cm high. Not at all possible!
 Tell me what you think!

 Sam.
