I'm pretty sure that grounding anything on the high-voltage side to mains earth
is
a big no-no from what I've heard.
The cases, centre of the two safety gaps,, centre of the two filter caps,
should
all go to your RF ground or counterpoise. The base of the secondary should also
go
to this ground.
