I don't know if I'm right about this, but I don't think that the caps will charge to the same energy level in the lower time. Maybe is would be able to charge that fast, but the higher brake rates might seem more and more like a short circuit as the rate got faster and faster. that's my half uneducated guess Ramsey Barghouti
