I believe there will be 2 problems:  First, you have to connect the
nested secondaries top-of-first to bottom-of-second, etc. (otherwise,
their voltages will subtract).  That means that you will need super
insulation between them since the top of one, adjacent to the top of the
next one, will be at the potential of the bottom of that next one--and
so, the top and the bottom of each coil (except for the outer one) will
be physically near each other.  Second, the end result will be physically
very short and so the spark you will get (if you can ever contrive to get
one!) will tend to jump to the bottom of the coil rather than where you
want it.  Don't think it will fly!
