Uhm, be careful of this spreadsheet. It has a few errors in the Medhurst
look-up-table. I did a few test on different H/D values. The error starts
to get large for H/D ratios above 5.5.
  
(H/D=1) 0.461  (correct)
(H/D=1.2) 0.464; should be  0.459xx
(H/D=2.4) 0.548; should be 0.543xx
(H/D=5) 0.810; should be 0.807 (close)
(H/D=6) 0.920; should be  0.891
(H/D=8) 1.12; should be 1.336xx
  
I did not test all the table values, but only the few mentioned above, so
there might be more errors. I don&acute;t know who it was that made the
error (Ed or Corey), in this spreadsheet.
  
I also DO NOT want to step on anyone&acute;s feet. I just thought I should
mention the error.
