Hi Alex, All,
            It could get complex if we have people putting in 'a little bit' 
to start with. It would be easier to get a definite name down for each 
chapter then each chapter writer can seek the advice and contributions of 
anyone he/she wants.

BTW: Sorry Travis - the structure was your's not chip's.  I just saw
