Someone slap some sense into me.  I guess I didn't read closely enough, and I
haven't been getting enough sleep lately (tonight being another one of those
nights...)......

.351uF is for a LTR.  The resonant cap equation gives .128uF

That's 73J and 26.5J (respectively) per bang (at 120 BPS)!
