Coupling question

Hello, I was wondering if a primary coil that is made of 1/4 copper tubing
spaced 1/4 apart on a 15 degree angle with ten turns(10 is my favourite number)
is a good primary for a system ranging between 60ma to 150ma at 15kv? Would
this also have good enough coupling or not enough coupling?
