To all coilers,etc. An easy fix that I have found to fix carbon brush or shoe for variac, AC/DC motor etc, is an old dry cell battery carbon rod. A file will cut this stuff real easy. Also the right kind of graphite works also. Check with an ohmmeter for low resistance. Denis Despins KC6TRW
