A faraday cage made of chicken wire with the addition of suitable line
filters on the power coming in should work fairly well.  The tricky thing
about cages (or shielding boxes of any kind) is watching the "conductor
through the hole" problem.  At TC frequencies, you can have a pretty good
sized hole (several meters or feet across ) , but if anything penetrates the
hole,  it provides a path for the RF to follow.  Doors are always a
problem...
