Here is my schematic:

It's exactly what I'm building, except that where there are 6k resistors
shown, it should read 3k.  Each leg actually has two 6k in parallel for more
power handling, so it is really 3k ohms per leg.

In this schematic, several of the components are in fact multiple units.
The single NST shown represents a pair of NSTs in parallel, the 300uF P.F.C.
capacitor is made up of 6 motor-start capacitors in parallel that add up to
this, the 40 amp corcom filter shown is two 20A in parallel, and the 0.03uF
80kV Maxwell cap is two 0.06uF 40kV caps in series.
