    Why not try corona rectification:  grab a whole bunch of flat-backed,
metallic
tooth brushes (like the ones used for lice removal or pet grooming), and
arrange
them on insulated supports:  I imagine with 20-50 corona rectifiers one could
completely rectify a TC output.  Imagine what one could do with a rectified
TC and
styrofoam peanuts.  (for some idea, check out LOD's static generator at
