Primary tap tuning

Hello Coilers;

Someone had asked about how to make the tap on the primary while
going thru the tuning proceedures. I've used a simple clamp
made from a clothes pin and a brass nut and bolt.

Take the clothes pin apart and drill a hole thru one half of it
where the semi-circular notch for the line is. Use a #6 flat
head bolt and insert it thru the drilled hole so that the head
is in the semi-circular area. Re-assemble the pin and connect
your tap wire to the pin using a terminal end and a brass nut.

The connection is far from ideal, but it's only used briefly
while tuning. Once the "sweet spot" is found, use a strip of
flat copper strip to make a more robust and permanent tap.
