I would steer clear of PYRANOL - I'm sure it's a PCB. I have 
used paper/oil dielectric capacitors in the past but the only 
virtue I see in them is self-healing. They seem to be designed 
for DC filtering applications and have a high ESR due to the 
paltry connections to the plates.
