Hi Terry,
                On the subject of your CW coil not producing much 
ozone, I would like to suggest the following: a continuous (non-
pulsed) output gives the coil a severely clamped output voltage and I 
think high voltages are necessary for ozone production. An arc 
welder can produce humungous continuous arcs at what kind of 
voltage and with how much ozone production (sorry for the 
rhetorical nature of the questions)? If your coil is reflecting little 
power back to the driver then you have a rather low VSWR which in 
turn suggests a rather low voltage step-up at the output?  I've been 
trying to understand why your theoretical output voltages are 
apparently incorrect as you stated.
