dear all, just finished my (39,4´´ x 9,8´´) 10U$ toroid and must say, looks perfect. Most rinkles are gone and more after rubbing with an iron spoon. Used tape instead of domestic plastic foil while this prevents the aluminum foil tearing apart. Look at : http://www.xs4all.nl/~solva/tesla.htm
