If they are already in phase, it would seem that they would already be
wired together...if not slap some wire on them. Another note about neons
you might find of interest, you can parallel any sized NST as long as the
voltages are they same...the current ratings just add up--so don't try to
rig up something that uses 9KV and 12KV units!

(12,000 v) x (.03) = 360 watts (guessing about 6+" of spark)

               OR

(9,000 v) x (.03) = 270 watts...since you would parallel two of them your
total would be (270) x (2) = 540 watts (I get 12+" with this set-up)

If you want longer sparks, then you need to consider the amperage of your
step-up transformer (in this case NST) not just the voltage. As you can
see, the paralleled 9,000v 30 mA neons will provide a significant more
amount power than a single 12,000v 30 mA. Hope this helps some more.
