Trent,

They should make excellent Tesla tank capacitors, since they have
virtually NO dielectric losses and are self healing if they flash over.
The only problem is that it may take a lot of them in parallel to obtain
sufficient capacitance for even a small coil. They should also be ideal
for a Vacuum Tube coil, since these coils typically use a smaller value
and lower working voltage than disruptive coils. They can sometimes be
purchased very cheaply at Hamfests.
