RE: Questions from a newbie in Australia

P.S. Are there any coilers from the Melbourne/Geelong region on this list?

It'd be good to hear from someone local who's actually got a coil up and
running, as my parents tend to think I'm crazy doing this stuff by myself :)

Check out Terry's web domain! :)
http://hot-streamer-dot-com

He's graciously allowed fellow coilers to use his domain to post their
research, pictures, and whatnot on his site for everybody to look at and
learn from. There's a list of coilers on Joe's Tesla Coil page in the
downloads section that's not very complete, considering the number of people
on the list, but it's growing. You can check it to see if anyone from
Australia has added their info on the list, and you can add your info as
well so other active coilers can get in touch with you.

To add your info to the list, simply email your name, location, website (if
you have one that you want to post), preferred email address, and a little
sentence about your tesla coil experience to jduva-at-btcg-dot-net (that's me :).

Maybe one of these days, the list will have grown into something useful.
I'm not sure if anybody's benefiting from it yet, but at least it's a start
for those looking to share this incredible hobby with others. Tons of
thanks to Terry for providing hot-streamer-dot-com to all of us. It's a great
resource!
