When use use one of the several excellent Tesla Coil calculators on the web
(I personally use Bart Andersen's Javascript at
http://www.classictesla-dot-com/java/javatc.html) you will find the info you
need in calculating the secondary. The diameter of the form times PI times
the number of turns gives the length of the wire. Of course, always allow
extra for run in and run out turns. 

If you haven't run your proposed numbers though one of these programs, be
sure to do it before proceeding further or else you'll be "fixing" later on
down the line.
