Joseph,

A 16" X 64" secondary coil would be MUCH too large for a 15/30
NST driven coil. A 4" X 16" wound with #24 to #26 magnet wire
would be more like the size of secondary that you are looking for.
Save the "monster" for a 15 to 20 kVA, pole pig driven system :-)
