This one sounds similar to a neon sign transformer. 
It's a good choice for a small tesla coil. I'm
guessing no more than 30Lbs on this one.

Potential transformer?  These can be pretty large.  I
need more info on this one before I can render a
guess.

I have a 5kva pole transformer, and it weighs 260Lbs. 
A 3kva unit won't be much lighter, certainly over
150Lbs. I keep mine tucked under my tool bench, and it
is a handy power source for my various coiling
activities.  I'd hate to go mobile with it though.
This is the best one of the lot if you plan to stick
with the hobby for a few years, as it will give you
room to grow.
