Japanese translator needed, possible gig for kVA

Konichiwa, Chrisdesu, O genkhi desu ka?

I have a client in Tokyo who wishes to build a coil capable of 15' arcs for
use in a concert and possibly film. The problem is they don't speak english
and I'm scared of someone getting hurt or killed because of a problem with
the language barrier. I'm horrible at Japanese (learning Chinese currently,
we have a student coming here from Taiwan) I've seen blueprints for
Tokai-Riki (A manufacturer of Ford dashboard components in Japan) where the
translation got creative...how you get Hooker from bayonet-mount I have no
idea, lol.

This would be a large MMC cap order, but if I don't feel comfortable with
their abilities and preperation I can't ethicly sell them caps. If they make
a mistake and kill someone it would have a detrimental effect on the coiling
community. As far as I know it's their first coil, and this is very big for
a first coil.

I'm strongly considering reccomending them to kVA effects, do you guys do
Japan? What would the rough costs be so I can give them a ballpark? If you
do get the gig, remember the Geek Group when Tax time comes around ;) I
wouldn't mind being the supplier for MMC caps to kVA ya know :)
