Hi, I just got another NST today, it's a Franceformer 15000V/60mA. I thought
that usually a 15/60 NST consumes 900 watts, but this one only uses 490 watts
even though its a 15/60. The power factor is high and I am wondering if this
has anything to do with the watts and if a 15/60 with a high P.F. will perform
not as well as a 15/60 with normal P.F.?
