Ben,
The outputs are the two HV bushings coming out of the side of the xfmr. The
other output (ground tap) is connected directly to the case + core of the
xfmr. The inputs will be the lightly insulated screws on the front, below
one of the bushings (I think this is how franceformer do it - could be wrong
though). Personally I wouldnt worry about a breaker - just run a few fuses
in paralell 8¬)
