Re: first coil help

well, today, i tried some more tuning, raising the primaryy, finding new
tap points, and then
i noticed that one of my caps wasn't connected, then i hooked it up, and
noticed that i could
draw off a slightly larger spark. then i disconnected 2 of them, and my
spark length was
significantly reduced. so i got more bottles, and made 2 more caps, and
wired all 10
together, and now i have a corona discharge off my tennis ball terminal.
so, tomorrow, ill
make 4 more caps, and try to find the best number of caps, and try tuning
some more in hopes
of having a few sparks.
