	A transmission line is like a river; energy propagates only along the
wires.  Pour some water into it and it will appear down stream, unless
someone diverts it.  The earth's surface and/or the ionosphere are like
the ocean.  Pour some water into it and it is spread over the entire
surface.  No way of getting at a particular chunk of it.

	Forget the conceptions of what Tesla was trying to do.  Build a system
which will do what he was trying and show it to the world!
