oil leaks... No matter how sealed you make the container, eventually, some
oozes out, etc.  The big offender is changes in atmospheric pressure and/or
temperature, which causes a pressure differential across the seals.  I DO
have some oil filled apparatus that doesn't leak, but it all has a breather,
and it only operates in one position.

Almost any plastic or adhesive will work.. PVC with standard PVC glue
shouldn't leak (after all, it is water tight at 200 psi in plumbing use).
Where you get your leaks is at the terminal pass throughs, etc.
