Ebay is great for finding surplus goods--probably better (at the cost of
more risk and less selection) than
buying them from surplus outfits like fair radio.  The maxwell caps being
sold on Ebay, if they are being
sold every 2 weeks are good, otherwise the negative feedback might catch up
with the seller in a major way.
Keep in mind that surplus goods are much cheaper because they have been
used.  A used Maxwell capacitor,
depending upon how *much* it has been used, could go for dramatically less
than any "list" price, especially
if an individual is selling them.
