Wonderful.

My first coil in 1993/1994 was about $10 to make. The transformers were free
from the manufacturer, the caps were "samples" and the wire, electrical
varnish was free from a transformer shop. I had to buy the PVC pipe, screws
and HDPE for the spark gap housing.
